We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized department manager to join our friendly, family‐owned agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about real estate and thriving in a client‐focused environment.
Key attributes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service orientation
* Proficient computer skills and confidence using industry software
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Sales registration (preferred but not essential)
* A genuine interest in the real estate industry
Key responsibilities
* Manage HR
* Manage the day‐to‐day operations of residential property management team
* Coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns
* Liaise with clients and staff
* Respond to general email and phone enquiries
* Provide general administrative support to the general manager
* Source new business and maintain current clients
