We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Dental Receptionist to join our talented team at Roslyn38 Exceptional Dentistry in Belmont, VIC. This is a part‑time role that plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for managing the front office and providing exceptional customer service.
The position offers 3‑4 days per week working arrangements.

What you'll be doing
* Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
* Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
* Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records
* Liaise with dental professionals to ensure patient needs are met
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area
* Provide administrative support to the dental team as required
* Assist with general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in using dental practice management software (Exact) and Microsoft Office applications
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction
* A positive attitude, professional demeanour, and the ability to work effectively within a team
* Must have Australian work rights for this position
