This is an active selling leadership role where you will lead by example - driving sales personally while mentoring and managing a team of seven motivated sales agents to deliver strong performance, compliance, and a positive team culture.
About the Role
* Work alongside the Principal (also active in sales) to oversee daily operations of the sales team
* Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor agents to align with the agency's growth strategy
* Serve as the in‐house expert on Queensland real estate legislation and compliance
* Drive team performance through coaching, goal setting, and accountability—without carrying your own listings
* Collaborate with remote administration support (in training), a contracts coordinator, and an in‐house marketing professional
* Complete own sales
About You
* Proven experience in a real estate sales leadership or management role
* Strong knowledge of Queensland property legislation
* A natural team builder and recruiter with professional, balanced leadership
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills and a results‐driven mindset
* Licensed or appropriately certified to manage in Queensland
