We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to take on a leadership role in our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing daily operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in planning, preparing and executing the daily menu.
* Oversee kitchen operations and staff during service to ensure efficient workflow.
* Prepare high-quality Thai dishes, maintaining consistency in flavor, presentation and portion standards.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification, or 3 years of relevant work experience.
* 1-2 years' experience in Thai or Asian cuisine, with a strong focus on traditional ingredients and cooking methods.
