The Role
* Lead and motivate crews across civil and landscaping projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
* Manage safety, quality, and compliance on site
* Act as the link between site teams, project managers, and clients
The Criteria
* Experience as a Supervisor or Leading Hand in civil or landscaping works
* Solid knowledge of earthworks, concreting, stormwater and landscaping methods
* Confident communicator with the ability to lead crews and liaise with subcontractors and clients
* Organised and able to keep jobs moving while maintaining safety and quality
