Project Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules
* Assisting with progress claims and external variations
* Reviewing, negotiating and finalizing subcontracts
* Managing and tracking project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
* Administering RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
* Administering the project HSE system
Requirements
* Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skills with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects
* Relevant degree qualification
* Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes and Regulations
* Confident and collaborative communicator
* Self-motivated and able to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions
* Appreciative of processes and systems
