Marketing and Communications Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves working on the tools and delivering marketing activity with accuracy, pace and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will contribute to campaigns that support recreation, aquatics, gymnastics and children's services across more than 60 locations. The role is primarily based in our corporate office with some flexibility to work from home.
About the Role
* Manage and optimize Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
* Coordinate and execute marketing activity from brief to completion.
* Draft and send EDMs via email automation tools.
* Create and update webpages using content management systems (CMS) with strong web design and user experience principles.
* Work with internal stakeholders to develop clear and practical campaign plans aligned with organizational systems and processes.
* Review and proof creative and written content including website updates, social media posts and promotional materials.
* Track marketing performance, prepare reports and contribute to continuous improvement across all marketing activity.
This is an ongoing role that plays an important part in the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Digital Content Producer and Marketing Specialist to coordinate campaigns, manage digital advertising, update websites and support internal stakeholders.
