Are you a Customer Service expert in the Finance or Insurance industry looking for a role to build some experience?
I have some amazing opportuntiies.
My client is a Global Insurer with offices all around Australia who are on the hunt for some Motor Claims Advisors to join their fun and friendly team.
**What will you be doing**:
- Responding to approx 25 inbound calls per day in relation to Motor Claims policies involving change of name, claim status, change of address, etc.
- Processing claims payments using online software system.
- Notifying Brokers, Underwriters and other stakeholders of claim status.
- Assisting the claims team with lodgment of new motor claims.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to coordinate repairs and obtain missing documentation.
- Other adhoc duties as required by the business.
**What do you need**:
- At least 6-12 months customer service experience in the finance industry
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Can do atitude
