What you can expect in this role
This role supports various aspects of Front Office operations. Responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, making and amending reservations, booking and confirming tours, updating guest profiles, and assisting with luggage and valet parking.
What you will bring to the role
* Minimum of two years experience in the hotel industry, preferably in Front Office or Reservations as a Guest Service Agent
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure with a positive attitude
* Current full manual driver's license
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
* Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
* Experience with hotel reservation systems such as RMS or similar
