Job Purpose: Identify, build and nurture a portfolio of accounts focusing on Traffic Management companies & Local Councils who need a fast reliable supplier to their road and traffic management signage.
Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to reach them
- Outreach to clients predominantly via phone, some face to face visits may be required depending on the customers requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Create sales forecasts and work to reach targets
- Assist in handing over new clients to customer service team
- Set sales and margin targets, and plan new business generation with Sales & Marketing Manager
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience with business development
- CRM Experience
- Strong ability to identify potential business leads
- Results-driven with ability to achieve agreed targets
- Self-disciplined and detail-oriented with strong process skills
- Energetic and organised.
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
