About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Worker with a strong focus on lawn care and garden maintenance to join our growing team.
This is a part-time position (2 days per week or 4 days over a fortnight), with the opportunity to increase hours as our client base continues to grow. You’ll be working on a variety of residential and aged care properties, helping maintain outdoor spaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lawn mowing and edging using push and ride-on mowers
Whipper snipping and leaf blowing
Garden maintenance including weeding, pruning, hedging, and planting
Green waste removal and general yard clean-ups
Basic property maintenance as required (e.g. sweeping paths, cleaning outdoor areas)
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and professionally
Communicating respectfully with clients and reporting any issues or concerns
Completing job documentation via phone or tablet
About You
Experience in lawn and garden maintenance preferred but not essential
A robust work ethic and attention to detail
Physically fit and capable of outdoor manual work
Positive time management and ability to work independently or as part of a small team
Positive, friendly attitude with good communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Requirements
Current and valid driver’s licence (manual licence preferred)
Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening (preferred or willing to obtain)
Own transport to depot
