**Who we are looking for**:
Kip McGrath Scarborough is looking for an experienced secondary school math teacher or recently graduated teacher who genuinely cares about creating and teaching tailor-made sessions to ensure successful learning in a positive and caring learning environment.
**What you will be doing**:
- Teaching students using the Kip McGrath methodology;
- Tutoring students in a positive, caring manner promoting self-esteem and self-worth;
- Developing strong relationships and rapport with students and parents; and,
- Recording student progress and goals on a weekly basis and providing feedback to parents.
**Your requirements**:
- A current Working with Children Check;
- A teaching degree or in the final year of your degree;
- Available afternoons and evenings throughout the week;
- Friendly, professional and personable;
- Reliability and commitment;
- Confidence using software and computers;
- Genuine love for learning and teaching;
- High attention to details and strong organisational skills; and,
