What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire a high-performing Business Banking team across the Albury and Wagga region.

* Represent CommBank as a key regional ambassador, building strong relationships with clients and the broader business community.

What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in business or commercial banking.
* A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
* Strong credit and risk expertise, with a sharp commercial mindset.

* A track record of driving business growth and delivering strong results.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
* Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
