The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support the store senior leadership team and act as a continual support to a designated department. You will oversee workflow, set an example to other team members and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead by Example: Provide top-notch service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers.
2. Cook the Team: Coach the team on the right service behaviours.
3. Mentorship: Assist with inducting and training the team.
4. Merchandising Standards: Ensure that merchandising standards fit with business requirements.
5. Stock Management: Coordinate stock.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who share a genuine passion for retail and customer service. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
