Change Transformation Expert
The Change Specialist will lead cross-functional teams through organizational transformation.
* Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to drive business outcomes.
* Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify potential resistance.
* Provide expert advice on workforce transition programs, including design, delivery, and evaluation.
* Define and measure success metrics, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, high-level written and oral communication skills, and experience managing stakeholder engagement and communications.
* Proven strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to establish/maintain customer trust and confidence.
* Experience with change management, project management, facilitation, and workshop development.
