Full-time, 2 years fixed term opportunityExciting opportunity to support the development of key projects for Sydney Imaging, including the flagship Total Body PET facilityBase Salary $ 103,185 - $ 111,237 (HEO6) + 17% superannuationAbout the opportunityAs the Project Integration Officer, you will provide general project administration advice and operational support to achieve Sydney Imaging Core Research Facility's objectives. This role will have a particular focus on supporting the research stream of the National Imaging Facility (NIF) flagship Total Body PET (TBP) facility, housed at the Royal North Shore Hospital, as well as research activities at the 3T MRI Clinical-Research facility, which involves a research partnership with Siemens. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of project plans as well as providing full cycle project support to a variety of university stakeholders and affiliates.Your key responsibilities will be to:work within a dynamic team, reporting to the Operations Managercoordinate events and committee meetingssupport the development and implementation of work stream project plans to meet overarching project objectivesbuild ongoing relationships and manage project communications with key internal and external stakeholdersprovide an interface between Sydney Imaging and external organisations such as Royal North Shore Hospital, and NIF particularly with regards to reporting requirements.coordinate the general day to day operations and administration activities for the research stream of the TBP facility based at Royal North Shore Hospital.About youtertiary qualifications and/or relevant work experience in a related fielddemonstrated experience managing a diverse group of key internal/external stakeholders on large or complex projectsprevious experience in the higher education/tertiary sector or at a complex, multi-faceted organisationstrong administrative skills, coupled with a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologiesnumeracy skills together with experience in controlling income/expenditure for reconciliation/budget tracking, and managing invoice payments and purchases for a projectexcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaYou must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply.
