We are now seeking a Senior Façade Engineer to contribute to a wide range of residential, educational, commercial, and retail developments.
About the Position
As an experienced Senior Façade Engineer, you are responsible for producing 3D drawings, designing aluminium and glass façade systems, including windows, curtain walls, and cladding. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and builders to ensure compliance, performance and buildability. You will also mentor junior engineers, and contribute to delivery of high‑quality, technically robust projects.
Duties
* Collaborate with architects, builders, and engineers to meet project specifications
* Attend project meetings to ensure compliance with codes and buildability requirements
* Prepare weatherproofing, waterproofing, and F3P1 reports, and conduct thermal analysis
* Manage projects from concept to completion, delivering compliant, high‑quality designs.
* Perform hand calculations and lead site visits to oversee project execution
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor of Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
* Proven previous façade experience
* Strong communication skills
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Strand7, REVIT, THERM, WINDOW, and CHECKWIND
* Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
