Are you an experienced OSHC Supervisor, ECT, Assistant Director or Senior Educator ready to run your own service, where you can lead a team, shape high-quality programs, and make a real difference for children and families? We've got your next move!

As OSHC Manager, you will lead the daily operations of a thriving Outside School Hours Care service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide a team, build strong relationships with the school community, and create engaging programs that children love.

No two days are the same—you’ll balance leadership, programming, and relationship building in a dynamic and rewarding environment. You'll be responsible to:

* Lead the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service
* Ensure compliance with Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations, and organisational policies
* Manage service budgets, resources, and enrolment
* Develop and maintain effective staff rosters to support program delivery
* Mentor and support educators, fostering professional growth and team success
* Design and oversee engaging educational programs aligned with My Time Our Place
* Build strong partnerships with families, children, and the school community
* Contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes

We’re looking for a confident leader who is passionate about high-quality OSHC programs.

You will have:

* A relevant qualification (Diploma, Cert IV in OSHC, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education)
* Experience leading or supervising educators in an education or care environment
* A strong understanding of My Time Our Place, NQS, QIP, and the Education & Care Services National Law
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A current Working with Children Check (OCHRE Card)
* First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
* As part of our commitment to child safety, all successful candidates must provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 weeks prior to commencement.
