Join an established Queensland property group operating across residential sales, property management, holiday accommodation, and commercial assets. We're seeking a confident Senior Bookkeeper to run the day‑to‑day finance function across our multi‑office operations, working closely with external accountants and business owners.
You'll be supported by clear systems and professional accounting guidance, with the opportunity to contribute to ongoing financial strategy, reporting improvements, and process development as the business continues to grow.

What You'll Do
* End‑to‑end bookkeeping across residential, holiday, and commercial property operations
* Manage QLD trust accounts, compliance, AP/AR, payroll, super, and reconciliations
* Prepare monthly P&Ls, cash flow reporting, and performance insights
* Handle inter‑office and inter‑entity transactions
* Prepare and lodge BAS
* Work closely with external accountants on month‑end, year‑end, and compliance
* Support continual improvement of financial systems, controls, and reporting

What You'll Bring
* 2+ years' experience in a bookkeeping role
* Strong Xero experience (multi‑entity preferred)
* Minimum 1-2 years of Xero experience required
* Solid knowledge of QLD trust accounting and property management compliance
* Exposure to holiday accommodation and/or commercial asset operations highly regarded
* Highly organised, accurate, and comfortable working autonomously
* Confident liaising with accountants and senior stakeholders
