We're looking for a confident, creative, and polished Investor Relations & Marketing Specialist to help tell our story, connect with the investment community, and elevate our corporate presence.
This role is perfect for a strategic communicator who thrives at the intersection of finance, marketing, and design. If you love shaping narratives, creating stunning presentations, and engaging directly with investors, analysts, and media, this is your stage.
What You'll Do:
* Lead investor relations communications and bring Boab's story to life through presentations, roadshows, and investor events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and the media.
* Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, compelling, and visually impactful corporate communications.
* Produce corporate materials that shine: presentations, annual reports, website content, and social media campaigns.
* Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activity to guide senior management decision-making.
* Manage investor databases, track interactions, and provide insights to inform strategy.
* Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure messaging is consistent, compliant, and high impact.
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, communications, marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or financial marketing, ideally in mining or resources.
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills – you're confident speaking to investors, media, and senior executives.
* Strong design and Microsoft Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) – your presentations are not just clear, they're visually compelling.
* Strategic thinker with flair for storytelling and simplifying complex information.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
