General Description
The Haematology Business Manager (HBM) will drive sales of BeOne's Haematology product(s), achieve territory business targets, and expand market recognition of BeOne in the haemato‐oncology space. The HBM will engage clinicians and stakeholders, communicate product value, and ensure compliance with drug laws and regulations.
Role Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive territory‐specific sales plans to achieve business and sales goals and meet customer needs.
* Build customized engagement plans to deliver best‐in‐class interactions with HCPs.
* Utilize data and analytics to prioritize engagements, understand channel preferences, and adapt delivery style for meaningful conversations.
* Implement sales plans aligned with marketing strategy and provide market insights to refine future focus.
* Educate HCPs on product data, clearly communicating differentiators to build prescribing confidence.
* Adopt innovative and transformational approaches to achieve goals.
* Develop deep understanding of customer and patient needs, establishing strong relationships with key haematologists in the assigned territory.
* Maintain all administrative functions, capturing engagements in the online CRM system.
* Operate in accordance with BeOne's Standards of Conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* 5+ years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with haematology focus.
* Proven relationships with external clinical experts and KOLs; proactive engagement with leaders and serving as a clinical expert.
* Passion for patient experience and a patient‐centric approach.
* Strong collaboration skills with cross‐functional scientific, medical, and commercial teams.
* Comfortable handling ambiguity, with a curious and open mindset.
* Data‐analytical skills and ability to communicate insights clearly to HCPs.
* Results‐oriented, solution‐focused, and self‐starter with a positive attitude.
* Proven resilience in challenging situations.
Computer Skills
Proficient in PC, iPad, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Travel
Willingness to travel extensively, including daily and overnight trips across a large geography.
