Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Change Management practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality change management services to clients, and will be responsible for operating independently on projects with responsibilities including taking briefs from clients, analysing client businesses, meeting and presenting to stakeholders, proposing tactics to manage organisational changes, executing plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member.
Key Responsibilities:
* Taking briefs from clients and providing direction about Change Management services
* Analysing client businesses, operations and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from change
* Meeting and presenting to stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides
* Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
* Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in Change Management roles
* A Bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied/Behavioural Science or similar)
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice
