We are seeking a skilled Horticulture and Grounds Officer to manage horticultural operations at our Western Australian facility. This role involves overseeing the care of gardens, mentoring offenders, and ensuring the upkeep of the grounds in a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain high-quality gardens and grounds
* Provide guidance and support to offenders in gardening and horticultural activities
* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve facility goals
Requirements:
* Hold a current C Class Driver's licence
* Provide First Aid certification prior to commencement
