Primary Objective: Provide well‐developed advice to internal and external senior stakeholders on major government priorities, projects and reforms; undertake analysis of a range of complex issues affecting the Territory including economic, commercial and regulatory reform perspectives; prepare complex reports and support the implementation of policy.
