Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Cook
Relevant pastry qualification (preferred but not essential with experience)
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current Australian work rights
