About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for all inbound customer orders. From processing sales to liaising with the warehouse, your role is all about ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Order Processing – Accurately process customer orders using MRP Software.
* Stock & Dispatch Coordination – Validate stock availability and ensure on-time deliveries.
* Customer Service– Be the friendly and efficient voice that customers trust Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure orders flow seamlessly.
* Logistics & Deliveries – Oversee dispatch processes and collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee on-time, in-full deliveries.
* Problem Solver– Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring every customer walks away satisfied.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in customer service, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
* Strong phone and email skills with the ability to listen, adapt, and solve problems efficiently.
* Detail-Oriented & Organised – Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive proficiency are a must
* Team Player – Thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
* Ability to prioritise, manage time, and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
