Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RTO Administrator to join our supportive and close-knit team in Buderim. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, values collaboration, and seeks flexibility in a positive, career- and growth-oriented environment.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our Registered Training Organisation, working closely with trainers, students, and management. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Student administration using JobReady / ReadyTech Student Management System
* Managing enrolments, records, and general RTO administration
* Supporting compliance activities and maintaining accurate documentation
* Assisting the team with reporting and operational tasks
* Contributing positively to a collaborative team culture
About You
* Previous experience using JobReady / ReadyTech is required
* Strong understanding of RTO compliance requirements
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A team player with a flexible and proactive approach
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
