Our customers operate in different market segments from retail, healthcare, and hospitality to distribution & logistics.About The Role – Project ManagerThe successful candidate will be directly responsible for the end-to-end management of new equipment orders and associated service-related work. This includes coordination from sales through to service delivery, installations, invoicing, and post-project review. The role also supports quoting and service works (DA works) in collaboration with the Sales Team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.Reporting to the Regional Manager, QLD, the role will be responsible for:Schedule installations and commissioning of new equipment.Support Sales with technical input, quoting, and specifications.Manage projects from customer order to completion, including site inspections, measurements, and procurement.Complete and maintain all required project documentation.Coordinate activities with sub-contractors and service technicians.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in project management role.Trade background or hands-on experience in installations (preferred).Experience in the service, construction, or building industry.Strong technical understanding of maintenance and service processes.BenefitsOnsite parking, mobile phone, and laptopWork with a global organisation with strong industry growth prospectsBe part of a market-leading teamCompetitive salary and benefitsAAES is an equal-opportunity employer.
