Your duties will include but not limited to:
* Lead and mentor a team of Property Managers, BDMs, and Leasing Consultants.
* Drive training and professional development to grow and upskill the team.

* Improve processes and implement strategies to boost performance.
* Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and key stakeholders.

About the Ideal Candidate
* Proven leadership experience in property management, with a strong record of team success.
* In-depth knowledge of QLD tenancy laws and minimum housing standards.
* Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and people skills.
* Skilled in managing risk and resolving conflict with a solutions‑first approach.
* Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence & a valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
