The Opportunity
* Provide line management, coaching and supervision to a multidisciplinary team.
* Support performance, capability building and team culture.
* Oversee complex referral allocation and participate in clinical governance.
* Contribute to recruitment, induction and service improvement.
* Maintain a clinical caseload, delivering assessments, therapy and high‐quality documentation.
* Model evidence‐based, client‐centred practice aligned with Youthrive's values.
What You Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
* Registration with AHPRA or membership with SPA (CPSP).
* At least five years' experience supporting children and young people with complex needs.
* Supervision or leadership experience, or readiness to step confidently into leadership.
* Strong communication, organisational and clinical decision‐making skills.
* Eligibility for a Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening and Medicare provider number.
