As a Regional Rostering Support Coordinator, you will develop and manage efficient operational rosters aligned with clients' care needs and funding. You will optimise workforce resources, act as a key contact for scheduling issues, and support other regions as needed. Your role includes scheduling meetings, managing planned leave, and providing monthly KPI reports.
Rostering & Scheduling: Develop and manage operational rosters, ensuring alignment with client needs and funding. Optimise workforce resources and maintain accurate records.
Client & Staff Communication: Handle scheduling changes, resolve conflicts, and provide excellent customer service.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with SCHADS Award provisions and identify improvements in rostering practices.
Systems & Data Management: Use rostering software for managing schedules and accurate data entry.
Workforce Planning: Identify trends, manage workforce planning, and schedule meetings for Frontline Leaders.
Reporting: Provide monthly KPI reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Support Across Regions: Assist other regions to maintain consistency and optimal resource use.
Project Support: Contribute to projects and process improvements during slower periods.
About You:
Essential:
Experience in a rostering or scheduling role within community services or disability support
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in rostering software and data management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Strong systems capability and understanding of award conditions
Degree or qualification in Business Administration or a related field
Desirable:
Experience in the disability or aged care sector
Experience in a similar role within a not-for-profit organisation
Knowledge of rostering software
Requirements:
Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
Current NSW Working with Children’s Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Police Check
COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
