THE ROLE
We are currently seeking energetic and self‐motivated Gaming Attendants who thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment to join our team at Harbord Diggers on a permanent part‐time basis. The successful applicant will be a true hospitality superstar that has a dynamic personality coupled with exceptional customer service experience.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
* Previous customer service experience within the hospitality or a customer related role
* People person who possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
* Maintain confidentiality
* A willingness to build a long‐term relationship with our customers
* Ability to multi‐task & remain calm
* The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Current NSW RSA & RCG certification
* Great availability and the ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, nights (4:00am closes), weekends and public holidays
