About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, Integrated Services, this role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring KPIs for operational divisions, and conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for operations.
This is a business partnering position providing financial support to operational areas, contributing to process and system improvements. It is based in Perth with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days office, 2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare month-end financial reports in a timely manner.
Analyze inventory reports and liaise with Operations to investigate discrepancies during month-end close.
Report operational KPIs accurately.
Ensure revenue and costs integrity through ledger analysis and accruals.
Maintain SOX compliance.
Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts as assigned.
Partner with business units providing financial insights and support.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting EBITDA for operations.
Identify and implement process and system improvements.
Communicate effectively with operational managers on financial matters.
Support the mobilization of new operational projects.
Adhere to financial policies and ensure ethical standards.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
CA/CPA qualified.
At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality.
Experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion systems.
Knowledge of AI tools like Copilot is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret contract terms and work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
