What will you be doing?
You'll support the Boutique Manager to lead the floor with presence, bring energy to the team and elevate every moment of the customer journey. You'll drive results by inspiring your people and upholding the brand's premium aesthetic. It's hands-on, fast-paced and deeply rewarding.
* Coaching and developing a team of stylists
* Delivering a polished, personal service experience
* Managing VM standards and store presentation
* Analysing KPIs and helping to drive business growth
* Supporting onboarding, training and succession planning
Who are you?
