Eastwood Golf Club is currently seeking qualified Chefs to join our kitchen team in either part-time or casual roles.
We are looking for chefs who bring strong cooking skills, a calm and professional approach to service, and a genuine commitment to teamwork and food quality.
About the Role
You will be working in a busy club environment supporting our bistro service and events. The role includes evening and weekend shifts, with the added bonus of having your public holidays back.
Key Responsibilities
* Food preparation and service across bistro and event functions
* Assisting with menu development and specials
* Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
* Managing stock rotation and kitchen organisation
* Assisting with event service and execution
* Checking off supplier orders
* Supporting a clean, efficient and well-organised kitchen environment
About You
* Qualified Chef with experience in a similar culinary role
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices
* Calm and collected under pressure
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Punctual, reliable and flexible with availability
* Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
* Courteous, professional and respectful in a team environment

* Relevant chef qualification
* Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
* Availability to work nights and weekends
