This position offers a blend of on-the-tools work and leadership development, ideal for someone aspiring to site supervision.Your Role:Lead and mentor trade teams, ensuring quality and efficiency.Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and equipment resources.Participate actively in carpentry tasks to maintain productivity.Assist with site set-out and control measures.Support the Site Manager in daily operations and planning.Uphold and enforce Workplace Health & Safety standards.Engage in nominal contract administration duties.What We're Looking For:Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial carpentry.QBCC License holder.Strong technical knowledge of commercial construction practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.A collaborative mindset with a desire to grow into a supervisory role.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
