Serco is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Murdoch, Western Australia. This is a permanent, full-time role offering hybrid working arrangements (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH).
The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR advisory services to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and partner with managers and senior leaders to design and deliver expert HR strategies and solutions.

Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in change management.
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-volume case management.
Proven human resource experience in large organisations, navigating complexity and competing stakeholder demands.
Strong ability to build credibility, influence and negotiate with various levels of stakeholders.
Provide human resource advice and services that enable and support stakeholders, to be compliant with legislation, regulation, policies, frameworks and procedures.
Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables.
