Farm Hand – Eurunderee (Mudgee Region) For seed production business
Royston Petrie Seeds is on the lookout for a full-time Farm Hand to join our hardworking team in Eurunderee (just outside Mudgee).
This isn't broadacre cropping – it's hands-on work in seed production farming, with plenty of variety day-to-day.
What you'll be doing:
* Tractor work – ground prep, bed making, slashing, disking, scarifying & crop planting
* Seed cleaning and processing during harvest
* Paddock spraying
* General farm maintenance & machinery care
* Able to or willing to learn to use a Telehandler
What we're looking for:
* Tractor operation experience
* Driver's licence + reliable vehicle
* Problem-solving skills & ability to work independently
* Team player – respectful, punctual & reliable (non-negotiable)
* Physically capable & happy working outdoors
* Gentle and respectful with machinery, with a focus on safe operation & maintenance
Location: Eurunderee, Mudgee Region
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
