Your new role 
This role is central to enabling strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You’ll be responsible for month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial models.Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare monthly financial reports and commentary for senior leadership and the board.
- Analyse financial data and trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop financial models and forecasts aligned with organisational goals.
- Maintain and report insights from the ABC model.
- Assist with payroll processing and annual reconciliations.
- Monitor investments and explore new opportunities.
- Oversee asset management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed 
- 3+ years’ experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail and business acumen.
- Experience with Australian Accounting Standards.
