Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to lead our vision within our Cotton On Womens Accessories team in Footwear. You'll be responsible for driving category growth, working with our Trend team to deliver on big ideas and key lifestyle items that align with our brand DNA and which our customers love.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive category growth and work with our Trend team to deliver on big ideas and key lifestyle items.
* Contribute to department reviews, apply learnings to category decision making and chase business opportunities.
* Collaborate with Production and support your Buying team to deliver on products that are in line with category strategies and which are compliant and cost-effective.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification / degree in relevant field i.e. Buying or Marketing.
* Demonstrated experience working with production, trends and buying teams to achieve strategy visions.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with internal / external stakeholders and support teams.
