An excellent opportunity exists for a passionate and committed person to join our Flight Attendant Management Team in full-time capacity as the Recruitment Manager based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.
You will be responsible for leading the flight attendant recruitment process; including interviews, maintenance of recruitment documentation, assisting with initial training schools and commencement of new employees. There are direct reports to this role.
This position will report to the National Flight Attendant Manager.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Establishing the recruitment requirements and leading the recruitment process beginning to end point
- Communication with applicants through all stages of the recruitment process
- Facilitating offers and assisting with the start process of new employees
- Ongoing development of recruitment systems & platforms, interview techniques and industry best practices.
- Participating as a member of the Flight Attendant Management team and assisting as required.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment and group interviews is preferred
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills coupled with a strong administration background
- Proficient computer literacy including 'Microsoft Excel' and ability to adapt to software packages is essential
- Ability to multi task with excellent attention to detail
