The role:
You will be responsible for assisting the Property Managers with all their Administration & general office duties from the reception desk.
* Efficiently assess and process rental applications with accuracy and attention to detail
* Prepare, review, and finalise lease agreements and associated documentation
* Handle a high volume of phone and front-desk enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Management team
* Deliver outstanding customer service to both prospective and existing tenants
About you:
* Must have Real Estate experience
* Excellent phone manner
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi task & work as part of a team
* Professional presentation & motivated attitude
* Reliable and respectful
