Manage the design process across all project phases - from concept to completion
Coordinate design consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
Review drawings and documentation to ensure design intent and constructability
Lead design meetings, monitor progress, and resolve design challenges proactively
Drive innovation and practical design solutions to achieve best project outcomes
Requirements
Design Coordinator in the Construction space OR architectual consultancy background wanting to move into contractor side
Background in large-scale residential apartments and mixed-use developments
Consistently completed complex projects over $300 million
Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
