We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our supportive team on a part-time basis (5 days per week), with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the business continues to grow. 
The Role 
As our Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role will suit a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys variety and thrives on keeping things running seamlessly. 
Your responsibilities will include: 
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments 
- Inbox management and correspondence 
- Assisting with workflow management and task follow-ups 
- Chasing deadlines and ensuring priorities are met 
- Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence 
- Maintaining accurate records and office systems 
- Providing general administration and team support 
About You 
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and add value quickly. To be successful, you will bring: 
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar administration role 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office 
- Attention to detail and a proactive, reliable approach 
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
