Job Description:
This position involves overseeing multiple construction projects, requiring exceptional planning and management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in work planning and the use of gantt charts, as well as an eye for implementing efficiencies in build, planning, equipment, and labor use.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Proven ability to manage project budgets
* Experience with project planning and gantt charts
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
* Competency in computer software, including cloud-based services
Mandatory qualifications include:
* Certificate 4 Building and Construction and QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or equivalent)
* Working Safely at Heights Certificate
* National Criminal Check
* First Aid Certificate
* QLD Working Safely with Children Card
