Maintain the residential facility to high standards of safety and liveability, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of programs that foster personal growth, motivation, and perseverance among Indigenous trainees.
* Collaborate with colleagues and community stakeholders to design and deliver effective programs that support employment and skill development.
* Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, adhering to established processes and procedures.
* Build strong relationships with trainees, colleagues, and community partners to ensure successful program delivery.
* Encourage trainees to maintain employment, complete their traineeship, and participate in residential activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
This role requires exceptional leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to design and implement effective programs. A strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and a commitment to promoting reconciliation are essential.
