We are seeking passionate Spa and Massage Therapists to join the incredible team at our Fulham Gardens location within the Fulham Gardens Shopping Centre.

About the Role
We have multiple casual opportunities for qualified Spa & Massage Therapists who embody grace, professionalism, and a deep respect for the art of spa therapy. You will deliver a range of bespoke treatments that honour both body and spirit while upholding the serene atmosphere that defines Blue Lagoon. Choice of 3-5 days per week, Monday to Saturday.
Saturday and Thursday evening availability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of spa and body treatments to the highest standard
• Deliver exceptional guest care, ensuring every experience feels nurturing and restorative
• Provide sincere treatment recommendations, home-care advice, and rebooking guidance
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms with a focus on ambiance and cleanliness
• Uphold all spa protocols and our philosophy of wellness and ritual
• Participate in ongoing training, supporting a harmonious team culture
• Perform Advanced & Spa Facials, Hydro-Dermabrasion and LED Light Therapy
• Deliver relaxation, aromatherapy, hot stone, and pregnancy massage
• Deliver body scrubs, wraps and ritual-style treatments
• Offer calm, intuitive presence and personalised service
You Will Bring
• Certificate or Diploma in Beauty, Spa or Massage Therapy (required)
• Minimum 2 years' experience preferred
• Experience in facials, massage, and body treatments
• A grounded, calming presence and intuitive touch
• Exceptional customer service and a genuine love for client care
• Immaculate presentation and strong attention to detail
• A passion for holistic wellbeing and continuous learning
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including Saturdays
• Excellent time management and productivity skills
• Candidates with qualifications in Beauty, Spa, or Massage Therapy are all welcome to apply
