Role Overview
Sales Travel Consultant – Full time, on site at retail stores, rotating 7‐day roster.
Responsibilities
- Work full-time on a rotating 7‐day roster across a trade.
- Sell complete holiday packages including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more.
- Build and maintain a customer base of new and returning clients across domestic and international holidays.
- Act as a travel expert, answering customer queries about visas, best travel times, packing, dining, and more.
- Achieve individual KPIs and sales targets, earning a base wage plus uncapped incentive payments.
Qualifications
- Seasoned traveller with international experience and a passion for sharing travel recommendations.
- Enthusiastic, warm, and personable – eager to help and see customers book.
- Computer savvy, comfortable navigating multiple booking systems.
