**Key Responsibilities**
The position will incorporate all aspects of Emergency and community-based care with a major focus on discharge planning, safe referral and connectiveness to community services.
To be successful in this role you will have an interest in learning and development, have well-developed skills in community and emergency care, be able to organise and priorities work commitments in an innovative and self-directed manner and demonstrated effective leadership skills.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Clinical Nurse Consultant (ZF4-ZJ4) which ranges from $57.36 - $60.38 per hour.
