We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume, blue-collar positions, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. You'll play a key role in partnering with internal and external stakeholders and driving innovative sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment for high-volume blue-collar positions
* Partner with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies and create job briefs
* Build proactive talent pools and leverage diverse sourcing channels
* Partner with the Community and Engagement Manager to develop and sustain relationships with local community organisations, trade schools, and programs such as PLS & PALM to access additional talent sources
* Monitor and report on labour market trends
* Coordinate and run assessment centres and structured interviews
* Ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation
* Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
* 2–3 years' experience in high-volume recruitment (blue-collar focus).
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Hands‐on experience with assessment centres and large‐scale recruitment drives.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment with multiple priorities.
